But we move on something really tasty and quick to make ... something healthy ... something typical winter (at least according to my taste!) .. An apple a day keeps the doctor away?? is the instant of PIE! (I love it!)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH: about 50 ml of cold water in the fridge - 150 g butter - 300 gr flour 00 to 1 pinch of salt
Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let rest for food in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling by peeling the apples and cut into cubes (to decide the size you want: more 'small flake more' easily) in a bowl, add grated rind and lemon juice, salt, spices, flour and sugar . Mix well and let stand in refrigerator (not to damage the wax apples crushed in the stirring)
With the help of a rolling pin, roll out slightly more than half of the pasta brise 'to form a dough round, about half a cm thick, which are laid down, fully lined, in a baking pan (I use one on the zipper opening) and pre-oiled coated on the bottom with parchment paper.

Drill cuts on the cake to release steam during baking and decorating with cut-outs of the dough like (flowers, leaves, hearts). Brush with milk.
Brush with egg yolk once the cooking and sprinkle with powdered sugar and let cool in oven Applepie off.
