Bavarian mint with chocolate sauce


premise that should be prepared at least 4 / 5 hours before (should be left in the refrigerator at least 5 hours).

Ingredients for 4 / 5 molds


For the Bavarian
  • 1 dl whole milk
  • 15 grams of mint (syrup)
  • 2 yolks uova60 grams of sugar
  • 4 gr of isinglass
  • 200 g of whipped cream

For the chocolate sauce:
  • 250 grams of dark chocolate
  • 80 g dl zucchero2 natural water
  • 3 cl fresh cream

procedure

For the Bavarian
Boil the milk with the mint and add to beaten egg yolks with the sugar, bring everything to a boil. Add the gelatine, previously soaked in cold water and let the mixture cool. Strain and add the whipped cream (use a steel container or glass), pour into molds and allow to cool in the refrigerator.

For the chocolate sauce:
Boil water and sugar, add the chocolate pieces and melt it all and then add the cream. Accompany the Bavarian with Chocolate Sauce.
