OK I know it for a while 'that are absent from the blog, but among the other space to be updated, facebook and contacts with friends, real friends and everyday life, the puppy dog we just took and the many walks ... becomes complex!
However I have not stopped to cook a good and fast and the result is that I have tested a paste for the delicious cake!
INGREDIENTS:
350 gr flour (preferably mid 2000 and mid manitorba type, but use what you have) a good pinch of salt, 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 cube yeast, 250 dl of warm water.
PREPARATION
will put the flour into a bowl, add olive oil and a pinch of salt.
in warm water to dissolve the yeast and nut add the other ingredients.
Mix all for a good ten minutes, let stand one hour.
Preheat oven to 250 °, oil a baking dish with olive oil and fill with the mixture.
put two fingers in a glass of oil and two of water with plenty of salt, and emulsifying impsato cover the cake.
After ten minutes check the area with a toothpick, if it is dry, you just need to decide how "golden" you want your cake.

I like to enjoy it as well, natural (the next day is soft and fragrant) and my husband likes to garnish just removed from the oven with cheese and cold cuts .. I imagine that with some good bacon arnaud like everyone ...
