Serve Chicken (can be good and that a chest full of steaks) of flour, two tablespoons of oil a glass of white wine or beer, a blonde onion and your favorite mustard (sweet, spicy .. what you want) ..

The chicken should be cut to pieces that are passed in the flour, heat up two tablespoons of oil to sauté the chopped onion, add the chicken and when it is colored on both sides are washed down with white wine or beer (personally I prefer white wine). When the chicken is almost cooked, add two tablespoons of mustard to taste (it tastes to some people it takes longer, some less) and a bit 'of water to dilute the more ... Once the sauce has linked well with the meat it's time to eat!
