rum

then gently fold in, working with a wooden spoon, the nougat into small pieces and cream.
Gather the mixture into a piping bag with nozzle, and divide into 8 large molds crème caramel, covered with foil, keep them in the freezer to freeze them: they are the "hearts" of frozen desserts.
whisk the egg white soda, sugar and salt.
then Mix in the whipped cream, flavored with a teaspoon of rum and chocolate, already dissolved in a water bath.
Fill about 2 / 3, with the mixture, 8 molds crème caramel-coated film and then remove the "hearts" and insert a frozen center of each stencil. Finally, close with the compound that is left and keep the molds in the freezer until ready to use them (prepare it at least 4 hours before)
