Does Crushed Birth Control Pills Really Grow Hair

Custard Turnovers (Crepes with ham)

I know that turnovers are kind of ravioli with a filling and then fried in oil. I come from are pancakes stuffed with white sauce, cheese and ham and then cooked in the oven.

Ingredients for 6:
22 to 25 crepes
1 lt bechamel
100 g mozzarella cheese like fontina

100 g ham 100 g

soaked dried mushrooms 1 clove garlic tomato sauce


olive oil salt qb

Prepare the crepes and sauce. When the sauce is still hot add the fontina, mozzarella and the ham cut into small pieces. Stir so that the cheeses melt. Allow to cool.
Prepare a sauce with tomato and mushrooms.
Spread each crepe with bechamel sauce, cheese and ham in the meantime has cooled. Roll each pancake and cut into three pieces.
Place the turnovers on a buttered baking dish and pour on top of each a spoonful of sauce with porcini mushrooms.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. The turnovers will swell and then being ready to serve.
