A friend claims that the kitchen just signed frozen food (the only thing that sticks in my freezer is so fond of Capitan Findus to my daughter and me and even cans of ice cream Häagen-Dazs , I recommend the macadamia nuts ;-)). Today I asked, between a script and the other, if I had around a recipe for apple pie. Here she is fresh from the oven! :-)

Ingredients: 700 g
apple

sugar 3 tablespoons lemon juice


60 g butter 150 g sugar 2 eggs

grated rind of half
lemon ½ packet of yeast
200 g of flour a cup of milk

a spoonful of rum or marsala

Cut the apples, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with the lemon juice and zest.

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, add egg yolks, melted butter, juice and zest of half a lemon, milk and rum or marsala ( the operation can be done with an electric mixer ).

Beat the egg whites and gently incorporate.

This is a typical dish of the Valtellina kitchen, a calorie bomb!!

Especially suitable for those who, after a day of skiing or climbing at high altitude can enjoy a surplus of calories!

And that, in my opinion, as all the dishes, should be eaten (and prepared) at source:)

I dedicate this recipe to my friends Yocoandra (she knows why:-D) and Brag who says he tried this dish, but that did not not like it! A Desi who cut the cheese into small cubes (and all of the same size and !!!!) Franz who ate three meals! :-D

Ingredients for 6:
400 g buckwheat flour
g 100 g 300
coast or curly cabbage (some depending on the season including the use of green beans)

Ugg Fluff Mommas Being Sold

Thanks to my friends Danilo ( XEPerson ) and Alessandra (future mother and father of John :) by missing very little ! ) for giving me the past the photos (there were only 45!:-P) and the recipe for this cake that I also had the pleasure of tasting! Excellent! :-)

Ingredients: 1 package puff pastry

3 apples
8 biscuits
raisins 50 g butter


cinnamon 1 egg yolk

Peel and cut apples into chunks.
Crumble cookies.

Heat a nonstick pan, melt a knob of butter and allow to heat up the apples for a few minutes, adding biscuits, raisins and 4 / 5 sprinkle of cinnamon.

Unroll the dough, spread the filling into the central strip and fold the dough to seal the ends.

Brush with the beaten egg yolk and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

still warm from the oven and enjoy, even dusted with powdered sugar.

Ingredients for 8:

"Hearts" of frozen desserts:

80 g sugar 2 egg

Semifreddi:
whipped cream 200 g dark chocolate 150 g


50 g egg whites 50 g sugar
rum
salt

"Hearts" (to be prepared in advance):
sugar moistened with water and baked at 110 ° C , prepare a syrup and drip on the hot yolks whipped foams with electric whips.

then gently fold in, working with a wooden spoon, the nougat into small pieces and cream.

Gather the mixture into a piping bag with nozzle, and divide into 8 large molds crème caramel, covered with foil, keep them in the freezer to freeze them: they are the "hearts" of frozen desserts.

Turn out and serve the parfaits in individual dishes, washed down with crisp biscuits, chocolate shavings and espresso coffee hot.
