I spent part of Sunday morning the mixture and then after lunch the house (of grandmother) has turned into an amusement park.

1) Dissolve 30g of yeast in 50 ml of warm water at about 28 °. Mix the yeast with 100 grams of flour and 5 grams of sugar (about 1 teaspoon). The skiing your first dough rise for 20 minutes.

4) Put plenty of oil (including 1 liter if necessary) in a pan with high sides (I used a wok that is my partner for the mixed fried!). The oil temperature should be high, even try to keep it low.
